I can't decide what I think about this dress. I can't tell if I think it's appealing because it looks great in the picture, or if I would like it in real life without someone holding the skirt out like that. Hmmm....
I'm kind of with Jo. I think that it might make someone look matronly, especially if that someone were short. However, it is different, and that is always good.
